John Lennon would have turned 70 a few days ago on October 9th, 2010. In the blog posted by Mike Palecki, Lennon's legacy is proved to be carried on today in writing, "Yoko Ono's Candid Introspection at the Grammy Museum." Palecki comments about Ono in recent interviews and her representation of John to the world. I am a Beatles fan and I'm dissappointed to find in the writing of this blog yet another person who I believe gives Yoko Ono too much credit for influencing The Beatles. She may have influenced John, and I do respect her for that and everything she continues to celebrate about his life, but John is one Beatle. And the remaining live ones, Paul and Ringo, do not give Ono the influential credit that she often subtly claims to have had on the band as a whole.
